I take each client through a branding process designed to understand how to best visually represent that business — and in every other way, too.

Here’s how it works.

1. Discovery

Truly, this is the most important part of the entire branding process. During the discovery phase, it’s my job to learn as much as possible about my client’s business and their target customers. We’ll dive into how your business compares to the competition, what your target customers care about most, and how you want your business to be perceived by your prospective clients.

This step wraps up with a brand positioning summary to give us clear direction for where we’re headed. Before we move on to the next step, we all need to feel 100% comfortable with the findings in this document.

2. Visual Concept Development

Based on the brand positioning document, we’ll bring your visual brand identity to life. We’ll present three unique ways to visually represent your brand, all meeting the specifications we outlined in the discovery phase.

3. Refinement

Once we’ve identified the front-runner, it’s time to refine. From there, we’ll tweak the top contender.

4. New Brand Launch

Congrats: Your new brand is ready to be introduced to the world! Don’t worry; we’ll be with you every step of the way. We work with our clients to bring the brand to life through all communication channels.
