Your brand speaks volumes.
What’s it saying about you?
If you’re not sure, that confusion could mean you’re leaving money on the table. Let’s talk.
It takes just seven seconds for someone to size up your business.
What is your brand saying about you?
When people think of a brand, the first thing that comes to mind is a logo. Sure, a company’s logo is a big part of the brand — but just one part of it. Think of all the different ways you “experience” a brand: the content on the company’s website, the way someone answers the phone when you call that business, how quickly someone gets back to you when you leave a message, the way the once or store looks and smells when you walk inside. The list goes on.
When I work with small businesses on their branding, my goal is to create a brand that truly connects with their target audience. If I’ve been successful in my job, the new brand will help that small business increase revenue.
I take each client through a branding process designed to understand how to best visually represent that business — and in every other way, too.
Here’s how it works.
Truly, this is the most important part of the entire branding process. During the discovery phase, it’s my job to learn as much as possible about my client’s business and their target customers. We’ll dive into how your business compares to the competition, what your target customers care about most, and how you want your business to be perceived by your prospective clients.
This step wraps up with a brand positioning summary to give us clear direction for where we’re headed. Before we move on to the next step, we all need to feel 100% comfortable with the findings in this document.
2. Visual Concept Development
Based on the brand positioning document, we’ll bring your visual brand identity to life. We’ll present three unique ways to visually represent your brand, all meeting the specifications we outlined in the discovery phase.
Once we’ve identified the front-runner, it’s time to refine. From there, we’ll tweak the top contender.
4. New Brand Launch
Congrats: Your new brand is ready to be introduced to the world! Don’t worry; we’ll be with you every step of the way. We work with our clients to bring the brand to life through all communication channels.
